Kotomi comes from a strategic consultancy and client support background where she has built a strong network and experience in connecting with stakeholders at different levels. With her passion in the Property and Real Estate sector, and a genuine interest in connecting with people, she joined the Annexion family to jumpstart her career in recruitment.

Strengths

Having been raised in Japan, but educated and worked overseas, she understands how to support and work with stakeholders of different cultures and nationalities in the most appropriate manner. She has a genuine desire of supporting candidates and hiring partners to achieve what is best for them and sincerely supports her stakeholders throughout the whole recruitment process by providing a good listening ear and being consultative in achieving the best outcomes.
