She is degree-qualified in Computer Engineering from NUS, holds an ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment), and is an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In 2015, she founded her consultancy, JobS-ME, with the mission to empower professionals to navigate the job market confidently and secure the opportunities they deserve.
