We are seeking an experienced and registered Architect / Qualified Person (QP) to join our team in Singapore. As a QP, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects comply with the relevant building regulations and codes in Singapore. You will work closely with our design teams, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality architectural designs that meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Register and submit plans to the relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with the Building Control Act and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction works comply with the approved plans and regulations.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that designs meet the required building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the design team on building regulations and codes.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to resolve any regulatory issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to building regulations and codes, ensuring that our designs and submissions comply with the latest requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
- Qualified Person (QP) certified by the BOA Singapore.
- At least 5 years of post-registration experience in an architectural practice in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of the Building Control Act, Building Regulations, and other relevant regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
