We are partnering with a full-service commercial interiors and fit-out firm that delivers end-to-end workplace solutions—from design and engineering to construction, project management, reinstatement, and office migration. The firm is dedicated to creating functional, brand-aligned, and client-centric workspaces, and is currently seeking a BD Executive to join its Singapore team.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads from design & build or supplier-chain networks and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, cold-calling outreach, and on-site engagements to build relationships and expand the client base.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to office fit-out, workspace design, and refurbishment projects.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, build, project management) to ensure accurate costing, value engineering, and competitive bidding.
- Track business development metrics, monitor KPIs, and produce regular reports for senior management.
- Assist in shaping marketing initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand positioning in the market.
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, market conditions and competition to inform strategy and execution.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development within the design & build sector, D&B supplier chain or related services.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business opportunities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold-calling, client meetings, and site visits.
- Self-driven, results-oriented and thrives in a growth-focused environment.
- Preferred: female candidate (for team diversity) with professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence.
- Basic understanding of construction, fit-out or interior design processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
