We are partnering with a Singapore-based workplace consultancy—renowned for its expertise in strategic planning, interior design, and project management—to support their search for a Business Development Manager. This role will focus on driving client acquisition and building long-term relationships within the corporate interiors and workplace consultancy sector.


Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate interiors, workplace strategy, and design consultancy
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives, real estate professionals, and workplace managers
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs
- Work closely with design and project teams to align solutions with client expectations
- Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to guide strategic planning
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM tools

Key qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the built environment, commercial interiors, or workplace consultancy sectors
- Strong understanding of workplace trends, design thinking, and real estate decision-making cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus
