We are partnering with a Singapore-based full-service commercial interior design and workspace solutions firm supporting corporate, commercial and hospitality clients. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships and expand their presence in the interior design and fit-out market. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new opportunities and experienced in consultative B2B sales. This role requires the ability to translate client needs into tailored design and workspace solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target segments (corporate offices, commercial clients, hospitality etc.).
- Develop and close sales leads from prospecting through to contract execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, Facilities Managers, Project Owners, Property/Real Estate Leaders).
- Conduct regular client engagement to understand evolving workspace needs and offer suitable interior design solutions.
- Attend networking events, industry forums and trade exhibitions to promote our services and generate high-quality leads.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within architecture, interior design, construction, fit-out or related sectors.
- Strong network within commercial real estate, facility management or corporate procurement channels is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to think strategically and close complex deals.
- Self-driven, target oriented with a pro-active mindset.
