We are working with a privately owned global logistics and relocation firm founded in 1965, it helps individuals and organizations move, manage, store, and transport people, goods, data, and specialized assets worldwide. Its services span international and domestic relocation, corporate mobility, logistics, records and information management, fine art and specialized asset handling, workspace services, and secure storage across a global network.


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in records management and digital transformation, including enterprise content management (ECM), document digitisation, cloud archives, and automated workflow systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the information governance and digital solutions sectors.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting, industry networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct high-impact solution demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in industries that require robust records and digital content management.
- Assess client needs and design solutions that integrate physical and digital records strategies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives and commercial guidelines.
- Oversee smooth handover to implementation teams, ensuring continuity of service and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance regulations, and emerging technologies in records management, information governance, and digital archiving.
- Position the company’s solutions competitively by leveraging deep knowledge of both physical and digital information lifecycles.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market demands and potential service enhancements.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless, value-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and activity reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or related field.
- Certifications in Records Management, Information Governance, or Digital Transformation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales/business development experience in records management, ECM, or digital transformation services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision
