We are currently working closely with a fast expanding new economy sector developer and operator in looking for a HR Manager in Korea Seoul, playing a vital role in shaping our organization's human capital and administrative operations in the region. This candidate will play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives and support business growth.

We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR management, administration, and coordination in Korea. You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with our business objectives, while fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and systems across Korea
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance & talent management, payroll, and learning & development
- Provide strategic HR advice to line managers and resolve ER conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures compliant with Korean labor laws
- Oversee office administration, corporate events, and general administrative duties

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management or related field
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience in Korea, with 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and confidential
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Korean labor laws, regulations, and market practices
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, Korea-specific certifications)
- Experience in real estate or related industry in Korea
- Fluency in Korean (native or business level) and English
