Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Country Sales Representatives to drive sales and marketing activities in Thailand AND Malaysia AND Indonesia AND Vietnam AND Philippines. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting distributors and consultants in the Data Center, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors, specifically for generator solutions up to 5000 kVA.

Key Responsibilities
•?Develop and execute sales strategies for Diesel and Gas Generators (up to 5000 kVA) within the assigned country.
•?Identify new business opportunities across key segments such as Data Centers, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.
•?Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and major end-users.
•?Conduct regular customer visits and gather market insights on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
•?Provide timely sales forecasts and monthly reports to regional leadership.
•?Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams on quotations, proposals, and project follow-ups.
•?Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications and Experience
•?Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•?Minimum 3 years and less than 8 years in sales of electrical or mechanical equipments.
•?Preferred: Experience in Generator, Power Solutions, or Data Center-related equipment sales.
•?Proven track record in B2B sales, project tracking, and client relationship management.
•?Self-driven and able to work independently while staying aligned with the regional team.
