We are representing an international workplace design and build firm in seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Strategist to join the team. As a Senior Workplace Strategist, you will lead the development of workplace strategies that drive business outcomes, improve employee experience, and enhance organizational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive workplace strategies that align with clients' business objectives and cultural values
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and best practices in workplace design and strategy
- Collaborate with designers, builders, and stakeholders to develop and deliver workplace solutions that meet client requirements
- Lead workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to communicate workplace strategies and solutions
- Develop business cases, proposals, and pitches to secure new projects and grow existing client relationships
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of workplace strategies and solutions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in workplace strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in workplace design, strategy, and organizational performance

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in workplace strategy, organizational design, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful workplace strategies and solutions that drive business outcomes
- Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform workplace strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to develop proposals, pitches, and business cases that secure new projects and grow existing client relationships
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, builders, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of organizational performance, culture, and change management principles
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites and collaborate with global teams
