Key Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E costing and tendering, with a proven track record of success in securing and delivering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing Quantity Surveyors.
