Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
- Develop and implement effective tendering strategies to secure new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and comprehensive tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, and Project Management, to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal cost management.
- Analyze and manage project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and tendering strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E costing and tendering, with a proven track record of success in securing and delivering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and industry standards.
