They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Acquisition Analyst to join the team, focusing on greenfield acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in new, uncharted markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of investment principles and a passion for sustainable development. 

This role would be ideal if you are keen on growing your portfolio regionally. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential greenfield investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential projects.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation analysis.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical experts to assess project viability.
- Negotiate terms and structure deals to optimize investment returns.
- Oversee the execution of investment agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage portfolio projects from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote investment opportunities.

Key Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on greenfield acquisitions.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing investment opportunities.
 -Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
 -Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities.
 -Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to greenfield projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainable development and investment in innovative projects.
