As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the positioning of assets to achieve financial and operational metrics
- Develop and manage annual budgets and reports, including financial performance and leasing status
- Formulate and execute asset management strategies to improve portfolio performance
- Lead divestment processes and participate in due diligence for acquisitions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, government agencies, and industry professionals
- Stay ahead of market trends and maintain our competitive edge

Key Requirements:
- A degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience in the real estate industry, depending on seniority
- Strong financial modeling and investment feasibility study skills
- Highly numerate, strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and property valuation principles
