We are working with a renowned international Data Centre Operator in seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Human Resources (CELD). The successful candidate will support our employee engagement initiatives, develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction, and manage HR internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
- Assist in conducting surveys and focus groups
- Manage HR internal communications
- Plan and execute employee events, CSR events, and recreational club events
- Support CELD administrative functions
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing skills and knowledge of employee engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- ACLP certification an advantage
