As a BIM Modeller, you'll work closely with our experienced team of architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed BIM models for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical research facilities. You'll create accurate and coordinated models, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit and other BIM software
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design and engineering disciplines
- Create clash detection reports and resolve design conflicts
- Prepare and manage BIM data, models, and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with BIM trends, technologies, and best practices

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling for healthcare or similar projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and healthcare design principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
