We are partnering with a global architecture and design consultancy recognised for delivering large-scale, complex, and iconic projects across hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, aviation, and masterplanning sectors. As the studio expands its regional portfolio, it is seeking a Senior Project Designer to lead design excellence and project delivery across major developments.

This role suits a highly design-driven architect who is confident leading concepts, managing project teams, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation
– Drive strong design narratives, spatial strategies, and creative direction across projects
– Manage multidisciplinary consultant coordination and internal design teams
– Act as key design lead in client meetings, presentations, and workshops
– Develop high-quality design outputs including sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and presentations
– Oversee design quality, compliance, and consistency throughout project stages
– Guide junior designers and contribute to studio culture and design development
– Support leadership in design reviews, competitions, and strategic pursuits

Key Requirements

– Degree or Master’s in Architecture
– Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience
– Strong design portfolio across hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, aviation, or landmark projects
– Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
– Strong technical and detailing capability
– Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
– Confident communicator and client-facing design lead
– Experience working in international or multidisciplinary studio environments preferred
