We're representing a dynamic architectural consultancy serving a diverse range of industries. We're seeking a BIM Technologist to support our team to develop, manages, and coordinates digital 3D models used for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining buildings and infrastructure.


Key responsibilities:
- Prepare & submit CAD drawings to relevant statutory authorities for plan approval
- Ability to develop a BIM model to Level 300 and above
- Good knowledge of basic architectural finishes & understanding of building structures
- E-submission to statutory authorities by Corenet system
- Assist Architects in the preparation of tender drawings
- Good working knowledge of local regulations is essential

Key qualifications 
- Ability to prepare a BIM Execution Plan
- Minimum 3 years BIM and Architectural drafting experiences in Singapore
- Good knowledge of authorities requirements, tender drawings and detailing
- Proficient in AutoCAD & REVIT
