We are working with a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable built environments, this organization delivers innovative digital and energy optimization solutions that help buildings reduce energy consumption, improve performance and achieve net zero carbon goals using cutting?edge technologies like AI?enabled analytics and sustainability platforms tailored to local compliance standards in their search for a Project Manager based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end?to?end delivery of energy and sustainability projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk are effectively managed.
- Coordinate cross?functional teams including engineering, digital solutions, commissioning, operations and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, resourcing and budgets while tracking performance and reporting to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements (including local green building certifications and energy compliance frameworks) and company best practices.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and corrective actions to maintain project alignment and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, solutions and technical teams to support proposals, solution scoping and transition to delivery post?contract award.
- Ensure post?implementation reviews, lessons learned capture and continuous improvement across project practices.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Sustainability, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in energy, sustainability, building systems, smart infrastructure or related technical services delivery.
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects with digital solution components and cross?disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency, carbon reduction strategies, sustainability frameworks, green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark, LEED, NABERS) and associated compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA or similar tools) and strong organizational skills.
