Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative, customer-centric concepts and layouts that captivate our audience, meeting agreed deadlines
- Ensure brand consistency across all printed materials, adhering to brand guidelines
- Provide expert design guidance to stakeholders, showcasing exceptional aesthetics and attention to detail
- Manage deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Optimize design solutions for cost-effectiveness, quality, and value
- Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and implementing marketing strategies
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive website traffic, audience engagement, and revenue growth

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Creative Design Suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or related industries
- Result-driven, dependable, and organized, with excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
