We are partnering with a leading global consultancy specializing in project management, cost management, and advisory services across the building, infrastructure, and high?tech sectors. The firm helps clients deliver complex developments with cost certainty, technical excellence, and long-term value.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and contract administration for major construction and high-tech projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, exceptional contract management expertise, and the ability to lead teams effectively through all phases of the project lifecycle


Key Responsibilities 
- Lead full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying functions, including cost planning, budgeting, feasibility studies, and preparation of BOQs and tender documentation.
- Manage procurement activities: cost estimating, tender evaluations, contractor recommendations, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee contract administration under standard forms such as FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent, including variations, EOT assessments, claims management, and preparation of final accounts.
- Provide robust cost control, value engineering and risk management to ensure Zinancial integrity and optimum value for clients.
-Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts and commercial analyses, ensuring accuracy and client confidence.
- Support project and client meetings, participate in site reviews, and contribute to design and commercial decision-making.
- Mentor junior QS staff, review their deliverables and support their professional development.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with strong emphasis on contract management and commercial administration.
- Experience in a consultancy environment is highly preferred.
- Data Centre (DC) or High-Tech project experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated capability in cost planning, variation assessment, procurement, final account
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (FIDIC, NEC or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently while guiding junior team members.
