We are working with a global commercial real estate services firm providing occupiers and owners with a full spectrum of real estate services — including asset services, facilities & project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation & advisory, logistics/industrial advisory, and development services to be based in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management efforts for major transformations (e.g. organizational restructuring, business-process changes, system/process rollouts, integration of new services).
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, communications, training programs, resistance management, and adoption tracking.
- Work closely with senior leadership, business units, HR, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of change goals and benefits.
- Act as change champion, helping to communicate vision, build engagement, and shape culture across the organization.
- Monitor, measure and report on change adoption, readiness, and impact — including KPIs, feedback mechanisms, lessons learned and continuous improvement loops.
- Identify risks associated with change projects (resistance, capacity gaps, resource constraints, stakeholder misalignment) and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support integration of newly acquired capabilities, services, or business lines — ensuring seamless adoption across functions, geographies or business units.
- Facilitate training, coaching and support for staff affected by change; ensure support structures are in place (e.g. communications, help desks, feedback channels).

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Organization Development, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in change management, organizational transformation, or programme management, ideally within real estate services, property / built environment, facilities management, or a comparable professional services context.
- Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, including at senior leadership level.
- Excellent planning, project-management, and change-impact analysis skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective communication and training programs.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing, global and matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills; ability to define, track and report change-related metrics and outcomes.
