We are partnering with a global architecture and design consultancy recognised for delivering complex, high-performance environments across mission-critical, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure sectors. As demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow across Asia-Pacific, the studio is seeking an Architect with Data Center expertise to join its specialist team.

This role is suited for an architect with strong technical capability and experience in mission-critical facilities, who understands the operational, engineering, and compliance requirements unique to data center environments.



Key Responsibilities

– Lead and support the architectural design and delivery of data center and mission-critical facilities
– Develop technical design packages from concept through construction documentation
– Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, fire, and specialist consultants to ensure operational performance standards are met
– Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority requirements, and global data center standards
– Support masterplanning and campus-level data center developments where applicable
– Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and contractor submissions
– Participate in client meetings and technical workshops with operators and engineers
– Conduct site inspections and support construction administration
– Ensure design solutions prioritise scalability, redundancy, resilience, and efficiency



Key Requirements

– Degree or Master’s in Architecture
5–10 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects
– Proven experience delivering data center projects through at least DD/CD stages
– Strong understanding of Tier standards, redundancy strategies, and operational planning principles
– Experience coordinating closely with MEP engineers and understanding high-load technical requirements
– Knowledge of fire safety, security zoning, and compliance requirements for critical facilities
– Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience preferred
– Strong technical documentation and detailing capability
– Ability to work in multidisciplinary, fast-paced project environments
– Regional APAC project exposure is advantageous
