We are partnering with a well-established architectural consultancy recognised for delivering high-end residential, mixed-use, and urban developments across Singapore and the region. As their residential portfolio continues to expand, the studio is seeking a Senior Residential Architect to join its Singapore team and lead the design and delivery of premium residential projects.

This role is ideal for an architect with 8–10 years of experience, strong design sensibility, and solid technical expertise, capable of managing complex residential developments from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to completion
– Develop strong architectural concepts, design narratives, and spatial strategies
– Manage project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants (C&S, MEP, QS, landscape, façade)
– Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, technical documentation, and authority submissions
– Liaise closely with clients, developers, and consultants to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are achieved
– Review consultant drawings, specifications, and construction details to ensure design and technical compliance
– Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and manage design-related construction queries
– Support tender processes, contractor coordination, and construction administration
– Mentor junior architects and contribute to studio design culture and technical excellence

Key Requirements

– Degree or Master’s in Architecture
– 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, with strong focus on residential developments
– Proven experience delivering private residential, high-rise residential, or large-scale housing projects
– Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical capability
– Solid understanding of local authority submission processes and building regulations
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with strong detailing and documentation skills
– Experience coordinating consultants and managing project timelines
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs
