We are representing a renowned international real estate consultancy firm seeking a talented Architecturally Trained Designer to join our design team. As a key member of its team, you will focus on creating innovative and functional designs for public spaces, including common areas in buildings, malls, and other commercial developments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly public spaces. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that enhance the aesthetic and functional value of their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and schemes for public spaces, including common areas, lobbies, and retail spaces
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor design solutions to meet their requirements
- Create detailed design documentation, including 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams, including project management, development, and facilities management, to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in public space design

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on public spaces or interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
- Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of design principles, including spatial planning, materials, and finishes
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and processes
