We are working with a leading design consultancy recognised for delivering future-focused workplace environments for global clients. With an expanding portfolio across APAC, the firm is looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Designer to join their Singapore team and take a leadership role in driving workplace strategy and design delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise in corporate interiors, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead teams through all stages of workplace design projects — from briefing and strategy through to concept and delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

– Lead workplace design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client objectives
– Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and high-quality output
– Translate workplace strategy, user research, and client requirements into innovative design solutions
– Oversee preparation of design documentation, presentations, and detailed technical packages
– Participate in client workshops, presentations, and design reviews as a senior representative of the studio
– Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive delivery and adherence to budget and programme
– Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and project presentations
– Stay informed on workplace trends, technology, and sustainability standards to drive forward-thinking design solutions


Key Requirements:

– 6–15 years of professional experience in workplace design or corporate interiors, ideally in a design consultancy or studio environment
– Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor junior designers
– Strong client engagement and presentation skills with experience in workshop facilitation
– Solid understanding of workplace planning principles, design standards, and emerging trends
Revit proficiency, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp a plus
– Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Confident communicator who can balance creative leadership with practical project delivery
– Full working rights in Singapore; regional project exposure a plus
