We are currently working with a rapidly expanding APAC centric DC Operator in seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across Asia Pacific. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute commercial opportunities, manage key accounts, and build senior-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategy and drive growth across APAC
- Manage select Hyperscale accounts and develop large-scale deployments
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and manage commercial opportunities with potential partners
- Drive market intelligence and manage the Commercial Team's annual budget
- Attend industry events and prepare high-quality briefing papers and recommendations

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading large contracts with Hyperscale customers in APAC
- Experience in negotiating customer contracts and/or real estate agreements
- Understanding of real estate, energy, and renewables sector (preferred)
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MBA/CA/CFA qualification and tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce, Economics, Law, or other relevant field
- Fluency in written and spoken English and other Asian languages (preferred)
