With a portfolio that spans large-scale mixed-use developments, commercial towers, and institutional landmarks, the firm is known for delivering technically rigorous and contextually responsive design solutions that define city skylines and public life alike.


Key Responsibilities

- Undertake feasibility studies, concept and schematic designs, design development, and detailing across various project types
- Ensure alignment and execution of the design intent by coordinating closely with multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams
- Deliver creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that respond to client briefs and project context
- Contribute to high-quality presentation materials, design documentation, and detailed drawings
- Support design leadership in maintaining consistency of design vision across the project lifecycle


Key Requirements

- Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution, accredited by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
- Minimum 4–6 years of post-graduate architectural design experience
- BOA registration is an advantage
- Strong design portfolio showcasing experience with sustainable and innovative projects
- Proven leadership experience in managing and contributing to design teams
- Strong conceptual thinking, detailing abilities, and freehand sketching skills
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and basic rendering/graphics software
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
