We are working with a client that is a leading regional design and build firm, renowned for delivering innovative and high-performance workplaces for top-tier multinational clients across Asia. As a Workplace Project Director, you will take the lead in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects. From fronting client pitches to overseeing internal project teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring design integrity, budget control, and timely delivery — all while supporting and mentoring associate directors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to lead complex workplace projects at the highest level.


Key Responsibilities:

– Lead end-to-end project delivery for commercial workplace interiors
– Front client pitches, presentations, and key stakeholder meetings
– Manage and mentor associate directors and project teams
– Coordinate across internal departments (design, cost, technical, site)
– Monitor project progress using tools like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit
– Ensure high standards in design, documentation, and site execution
– Collaborate with clients and consultants to align vision with deliverables
– Work closely with senior leadership to align project goals with business strategy


Key Requirements:

– Degree in Architecture or related discipline
– 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role
– Strong portfolio of workplace projects delivered in Singapore or the region
– Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit
– Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (for regional coordination)
– Adaptable mindset and openness to new tools, processes, and ideas
