We are currently partnering with a specialized construction and engineering firm that delivers end-to-end turnkey project solutions across Asia, including consulting, design, construction, project management, and facility management services for technical and commercial buildings. They are presently seeking a Facility Operations Technician to join their team.


Key responsibilities:
- Daily system health inspection.
- Perform maintenance of general facility.
- Assist engineer/manager in data collection.
- General understanding of Facility Systems (cooling tower, chiller, fire protection system, electrical system, etc.)
- Familiarity in the operation of centralized chilled water ACMV system and knowledgeable in operating BMS.
- Preferably with computer knowledge, able to access email (outlook) and basic Microsoft office system.
- Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Attend to callouts.

Key qualifications:
- NITEC or Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience on ACMV and Electrical maintenance and/or repair
- Experience in critical environment (e.g. Data Centre/Cleanroom/Semi-conductor plant/Pharmaceutical plant) is a plus
- Able to communicate in English.
- Basic understanding of facility M&E systems
