As a seasoned FP&A professional, you'll work closely with the senior management team, including the CFO and CEO, to deliver financial insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections. Deliver actionable management reports and develop financial models to evaluate business performance.
- Business Partnering & Data Analytics: Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that drive growth and profitability. Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to translate data into business intelligence.
- M&A Support: Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and investment proposals.
- Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability. Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen business acumen and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
