We are representing one of the biggest healthcare group in seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead a massive business improvement program focused on cleaning up and streamlining the CRM system filled with huge transaction volumes and data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex financial operations, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a minimum turnover of $60-80 million. This role requires a go-getter with excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to clean up and streamline the CRM system, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
- Drive process enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Financial Management:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
CRM System Optimization:
- Develop and implement data quality control measures to prevent future data inconsistencies.
- Work with IT teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data feeds from the CRM system.
Stakeholder Management:
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance, especially in a business improvement position
- Proven experience in managing complex financial operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience handling voluminous transactions and managing large-scale financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, or MBA) preferred.
