We are working closely with a pioneering Property Development company renowned for creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces. They are embarking on an ambitious project to develop a township in Cambodia and are seeking a dynamic and versatile Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts in the region.

As the Head of Marketing for, you will be the driving force behind the project's marketing strategy, branding, and engagement. This role demands a "jack of all trades" in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, branding, copywriting, media sales, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaboration, data presentation, residential property marketing, and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances in the region.


Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the township project, including market analysis, audience segmentation, and the identification of growth opportunities.
- Branding: Lead the development and maintenance of the project's brand identity, ensuring alignment with the company's values and resonance with the local audience.
Copywriting: Create compelling and culturally relevant content for various marketing materials, such as websites, brochures, press releases, and advertisements.
Media Sales: Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets, negotiate advertising deals, and oversee media buying to maximize visibility and ROI.
- KOL Collaboration: Identify and engage with influential Key Opinion Leaders to promote the project and enhance its reputation within the community.
- Data Presentation: Effectively communicate marketing performance through data analysis and reports, presenting key insights and strategies to the executive team.
Residential Property Marketing: Leverage your expertise in marketing residential properties to showcase the project's unique selling points and connect with potential buyers.
- Cultural Understanding: Stay informed about cultural nuances and trends in Cambodia, ensuring marketing efforts are culturally sensitive and effective.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian market, cultural nuances, and residential property marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successful media sales and KOL collaborations.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
