We are partnering with a progressive interior design consultancy recognised for delivering design-driven commercial and residential environments. As the studio continues to expand its brand presence and market footprint, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their Singapore team and drive integrated marketing, content creation, and market research initiatives.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is both creative and analytical, able to shape brand storytelling while also reading market signals, trends, and client behaviour to support business growth.



Key Responsibilities

– Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline platforms
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring strong engagement and brand consistency
– Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, visuals, short videos, presentations, and project features
– Curate and manage project showcases, case studies, brand campaigns, and portfolio updates
– Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor positioning, client needs, and emerging market opportunities
– Track and interpret market signals, client behaviour, and engagement analytics to inform marketing strategies
– Support business development initiatives, proposals, pitch decks, and corporate presentations
– Coordinate with designers, project teams, and management to gather project content and insights
– Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice
– Manage marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and performance reporting



Key Requirements

– Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related disciplines
– 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within design, architecture, lifestyle, or creative industries
– Strong content creation capabilities, including copywriting and visual storytelling
– Proficiency in social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite / Canva, and basic video editing tools
– Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, trend analysis, and performance tracking
– Good understanding of branding, positioning, and audience engagement strategies
– Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
– Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
– Passion for design, architecture, interiors, or creative industries is highly preferred
