We are partnering with a design-led interior design studio known for delivering distinctive retail environments for lifestyle, fashion, and commercial brands. As the studio continues to grow its retail portfolio, it is seeking a Retail Interior Designer to join its team and support the design and delivery of branded retail spaces across multiple scales.

This role is well-suited for a designer who is conceptually strong, commercially aware, and technically capable of translating brand narratives into engaging physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

– Design and develop retail interior projects from concept through detailed design and site delivery
– Translate brand identity and commercial objectives into clear spatial concepts and customer journeys
– Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
– Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation packages
– Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent and build quality
– Source and specify finishes, fixtures, and FF&E in line with brand guidelines and budgets
– Participate in client presentations and design reviews
– Conduct site visits to review quality, resolve issues, and support construction delivery
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and cohesive project execution

Key Requirements

– 3–6 years of professional experience in retail interior design or commercial interiors
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong portfolio demonstrating retail design, brand-led environments, and technical detailing
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Good understanding of retail planning, customer flow, and operational requirements
– Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
– Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or F&B brands is advantageous
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs
