We are working with a global experiential design consultancy and design & build specialist delivering high-impact workplace, brand, and experiential projects for leading organisations across Asia-Pacific. As their project pipeline expands, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their Singapore team.

This role is suited for a detail-driven, organised project manager who can manage multiple fast-paced projects, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and deliver projects to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end delivery of workplace, experiential, and exhibition projects
– Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across teams
– Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
– Oversee documentation, tendering, procurement, and site execution
– Ensure design intent, quality, timeline, and budget are achieved
– Conduct site inspections, coordinate contractors, and manage project risks
– Prepare reports, schedules, progress updates, and cost tracking
– Support client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
– Work closely with leadership to enhance delivery processes and standards



Key Requirements

– 3–5 years of project management experience in workplace, commercial interiors, exhibitions, retail, or design & build environments
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and consultant management
– Experience managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track projects
– Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities
– Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (basic drawing comprehension)
– Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
