As the company continues its aggressive expansion in the local market, it is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MEP Engineer to lead engineering design, technical standards, operations, and asset management across a substantial commercial facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult on building design. Use the CRE benchmarking tool to inform trade-off discussions for overall building design and cost, materials & methods, infrastructure design (reliability and redundancy), safety in design, service and maintenance access and life- cycle cost.
- Review design and construction documents for projects for compatibility with established engineering practice, codes and standards, safety, maintainability.
- Review and advise on Management of Change (MOC) documentation for proposed changes.
- Encourage consistent use of standardized processes and tools across the enterprise.
- Technical reviews cover the full range of engineering disciplines, particularly given the resource limited CRE RE Technical function.
Key qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- A registered professional engineer with a minimum of 10 years project detail design, management experience in commercial building HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design; as well as fluency in related disciplines.
- Experience with designing, deploying and managing building automation and control systems to monitor building performance.
- International project and cross-culture operation experience highly desirable.
- Asset management experience including condition assessment.
