We are working with this company which specializes in interior design and build services, focusing on projects such as residential renovations, commercial spaces, and unique architectural designs that emphasize both aesthetics and functionality in their search for a Project Executive.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of fit-out works.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, site supervision) and external parties (consultants, subcontractors, suppliers) to manage site progress and deliverables.
- Monitor project costs, track variations and help ensure works stay within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee documentation management: site instructions, progress reports, meeting minutes, material submittals, quality checklists and hand-over records.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure works comply with contract drawings/specifications, company quality/HSSE standards, and client expectations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, provide regular status updates, escalate issues where needed, and contribute to smooth hand-over and after-care support.
- Support procurement and logistics of materials and equipment, ensure delivery schedules align with installation timelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes, supporting the company’s commitment to quality, safety and sustainability (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Key qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a construction or interior fit-out environment (commercial/office projects advantageous).
- Strong understanding of fit-out or interior construction processes from design stage through execution and hand-over.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, ability to manage multiple parties and tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project scheduling tools an added advantage.
- Meticulous in documentation and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of HSSE practices, ability to work on-site and perform inspections/quality checks.
- Ability to travel to project sites within Singapore as required.
