We are partnering with a full-service interior design firm based in Singapore, established in 2008. The firm specializes in creating thoughtfully designed workspaces through comprehensive end-to-end interior solutions—including space planning, custom furniture, and project and construction management—tailored to optimize business workflows and elevate the workplace experience. They are currently seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate project costs.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any contractual or financial issues.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
-Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Key qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out or design-and-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering procedures, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
