We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Bid Manager to be part of a rapidly growing and innovative workplace design and build company that is transforming the industry. You will be able to collaborate with a talented and diverse team of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate costs for construction, renovation, and fit-out projects, ensuring cost control and value for our clients.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, keeping a close eye on expenditures and making recommendations for cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Tender Preparation: Prepare and review tender documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, including contract reviews, claims management, and change order management.
- Risk Analysis: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs, timelines, and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to maintain the highest quality standards while optimizing costs.
- Value Engineering: Continuously seek cost-effective alternatives and innovative solutions to enhance project value without compromising quality.
- Cost Reporting: Regularly produce cost reports and updates for management and clients to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or workplace design industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and building codes in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders.
-Professional certifications (e.g., RICS, SISV) are a plus.
