We are working with a boutique design studio celebrated for its refined, narrative-driven interiors across luxury hotels, high-end F&B, and resort environments. As they expand their presence in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced and design-driven Senior FF&E Designer to join their growing team.

As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will lead the sourcing, specification, and design coordination of all furniture, finishes, and decorative elements across multiple high-end hospitality projects. You will play a key role in translating project narratives into sophisticated material palettes and curated FF&E selections that reflect a distinctive design language.

This role is ideal for a highly creative, independent, and detail-oriented individual with deep experience in luxury hotel or resort interiors.


Key Responsibilities:

– Lead FF&E design development for luxury hospitality, resort, and F&B projects
– Source, select, and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and finishes
– Develop cohesive palettes that align with project narratives and interior architecture
– Prepare and manage presentation boards, sample trays, specification packages, and budgets
– Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, and consultants to ensure quality and design integrity
– Attend client meetings and confidently present FF&E direction and selections
– Oversee procurement coordination and support site installation where necessary
– Mentor junior designers and support a collaborative team culture


Key Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E design, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects
– Experience in high-end hotel, F&B, or resort design is essential
– Strong command of FF&E processes from concept through procurement and installation
– Excellent taste and eye for detail; strong sense of materiality and proportion
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD
– Skilled in building physical and digital sample presentations
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Strong portfolio that demonstrates alignment with high-end, narrative-led design
– Team-oriented, independent, and organized with a proactive approach to deadlines
