We are working with a respected design-focused architectural studio known for delivering beautifully crafted private residences and high-end multi-residential interiors. As their portfolio of bespoke residential projects grows, they are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join their team.

As an Interior Designer, you will lead design development, documentation, and project coordination for residential interiors. You’ll work closely with clients and consultants to deliver homes that are tailored, refined, and deeply responsive to user needs and spatial character. A strong understanding of FF&E design, sourcing, and coordination is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute design concepts for high-end landed and apartment residences
– Prepare client-facing presentations, mood boards, space plans, and elevations
– Select, specify, and coordinate FF&E items, materials, and finishes in alignment with project intent
– Produce detailed construction drawings, tender documentation, and FF&E schedules
– Liaise with homeowners, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
– Assist in site coordination, mock-ups, and final handover reviews
– Ensure all residential design outcomes meet both aesthetic and functional expectations
– Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless integration of interiors with base architecture


Key Requirements:

– Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
– 3–6 years of experience in residential interior design (private homes, apartments, or villas) Experience in Hospitality is a plus
– Solid FF&E experience, including specification, sourcing, scheduling, and vendor coordination
– Strong technical knowledge of joinery, detailing, and finishes
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; Revit is an advantage
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– A well-rounded portfolio that highlights both design development and FF&E execution
