We are currently working with one of the most innovative Built Technology organizations in the APAC region, looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales and solution-selling initiatives. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to craft customized solutions that showcase the value of our AI-powered building management platform. Your technical expertise and business acumen will help clients achieve their goals, and your solutions will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Architect bespoke solutions that align with customer objectives, leveraging our cutting-edge AI-driven building management system.
- Pre-Sales Enablement: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their challenges, goals, and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Value Communication: Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and competitive advantage of proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment and seamless execution of client solutions with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, ideally within the built environment or tech sectors.
- Technical proficiency in building management systems (BMS), AI/ML technologies, or related domains.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to craft solutions that are technically sound and aligned with client business goals.
- Solid understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development.
- Industry knowledge of BAS, BMS, SCADA, or other building management technologies is preferable
- Domain experience in the built environment, real estate development, or facilities management is preferable
- Sales expertise with knowledge of sales cycles and customer engagement best practices is preferable
