We are representing a leading industrial logistics real estate player in South Korea, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-quality logistics assets. We are backed by a well-established international institutional investor, providing us with a strong foundation for growth and expansion. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Asset Management to lead our asset management efforts, maximize asset value, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, overseeing property operations, and working closely with our investment and finance teams to ensure optimal asset performance.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset value and returns
- Oversee property operations, including leasing, marketing, and tenant relations
- Collaborate with investment team to identify opportunities for asset enhancement and value creation
- Work closely with finance team to develop and manage asset-level budgets and financial plans
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to ensure optimal asset performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and industry partners
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate development
- Strong track record of successful asset management and value creation
- In-depth knowledge of the South Korean real estate market and industrial logistics sector
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- MBA or advanced degree in real estate, finance, or related field
- Experience working with international investors and institutions
- Familiarity with Korean regulations and laws governing real estate investments
- Certification in property management or asset management (e.g. CPM, CCIM)
