We are working with one of the most established fit outs contractors which specializes in high-quality renovations and refurbishments for commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces across Asia, in their search for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in projects across multiple sectors such as Commercial Interiors, Hotel & Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Luxury Residential, and Industrial Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with project goals.

Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all work meets            company standards and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Prepare and present regular financial and progress reports to senior management.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.  
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in Interior Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
