We are currently representing a leading industrial logistics real estate player in South Korea, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-quality logistics assets. We are backed by a well-established international institutional investor, providing us with a strong foundation for growth and expansion. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Investment to lead our investment efforts, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, sourcing and evaluating potential deals, and working closely with our investment team to ensure successful transactions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve business objectives
- Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions and developments
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, asset management, and finance
- Lead due diligence processes and negotiate deal terms
- Manage relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong track record of successful investments and deal-making
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean real estate market and industrial logistics sector
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- MBA or advanced degree in real estate, finance, or related field
- Experience working with international investors and institutions
- Familiarity with Korean regulations and laws governing real estate investments
