We are currently representing a renowned property developer headquartered in Singapore, with an iconic mixed development project in Cambodia and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly full sets of accounts with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor and manage sales collections, outstanding debts, and collections
- Liaise with debtors, creditors, banks, tax agents, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations
- Prepare MTR and audit schedules with ease
- Perform ad-hoc duties, analysis, and reports as required
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in preparing full sets of accounts and VAT
- Audit experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software is desirable
- Ability to translate documents from Khmer to English is an added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive, and meticulous with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a learner/growth mindset, organized, and independent
