We are currently working with a Singapore-based construction and interior fit-out contractor that provides end-to-end services, including construction management, interior fit-out works, and in-house production for commercial and corporate spaces, in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for construction and renovation projects.
- Support quantity take-offs, measurement of works, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations and supplier pricing.
- Assist in contract administration, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports to ensure financial control.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
- Assist in preparing payment claims, certification, and final accounts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records.


Key qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Candidates with background in construction or renovation / interior fit-out projects are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration processes.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic QS measurement tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
