We are partnering with a leading multidisciplinary design firm headquartered in Singapore, renowned for its expertise in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design. With a global footprint and a distinguished portfolio, the firm is currently seeking a talented and imaginative Front-End Architect to join its design team. This role will focus on high-profile hospitality and retail projects in the Middle East and is ideally suited for a conceptually driven designer who excels in the early stages of design and is skilled at transforming ideas into compelling architectural visions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop concept designs from initial ideas through to refined proposals, aligned with client objectives and project briefs.
- Create engaging visual presentations and storytelling materials to communicate design intent clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate with international clients and consultants, particularly from the Middle East and the U.S., to ensure alignment and responsiveness to cultural and functional needs.
- Present and pitch design concepts to overseas stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of market expectations and sensitivities.
- Support design development through sketches, diagrams, 3D massing models, and presentation boards.
- Participate in internal design reviews and provide innovative input on design direction.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front-end architectural design, preferably in hospitality or retail projects.
- Experience working on international or Middle East-based projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong visual communication and design presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation platforms (e.g., InDesign, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders from the U.S., Arab states, and other global regions.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
