We are working with a Singapore-based multi-disciplinary design studio founded in 2017, known for its people-centric approach to architecture and a diverse portfolio spanning bespoke landed homes, urban interventions, and interior design projects in their search for an Architect here in Singapore


Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design and delivery of landed housing projects from concept through completion
- Prepare and develop design proposals, architectural drawings, and construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and contribute to design presentations
- Ensure all work is aligned with local regulations and design quality standards


Key qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in landed residential projects
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related discipline (Architectural qualification not mandatory)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of local planning regulations and construction processes
- Excellent design sensibility with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadline
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
