We are partnering with a Singapore-based architecture studio renowned for its context-sensitive designs that seamlessly integrate modern aesthetics with functional elegance across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, in their search for a Architect based in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and presentations from concept to construction.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Key  qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 3–8 years of relevant work experience in architecture firms (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Rhino.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for proportion, materiality, and spatial experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations and submission processes is advantageous.
